I bought a pair of white kitty heels with a satin-ish bow. Cost me $43 and bought it JUST before the CNY weekend.
I started wearing it that friday and in 2 days, dozens of white thread started coming off at the sides.
so ok I agreed to them "repairing" the shoes. I was shocked and utterly disgusted when they called me back. The sides were SEWN back and some of the finer threads were obviously still flying about.
The lady boss "Joyce" talked to me on the phone and was VERY rude and kept making excuses and implied it was my fault and she actually HUNG up on me!
