HERE WE GO!!! The FLEA MARKET of all time!
Urban Eventz presents Fashionista Series 4 (Halloween Special), happening ONLY at SMU, Concourse on the 31st October 2009.
Are we the 1ST to organise a HALLOWEEN FLEA MARKET in Singapore? Let's CARE LESS and it is about time to get SPOOKY!!!
This is an event you won’t want to miss with a whole load of goodies and surprise waiting for you.

Venue: Singapore Management University, Concourse (next to Koufu)

TENANTS! Sign up a booth with us and prepare a HALLOWEEN TRICK OR TREAT CANDY / CHOCOLATE GIFT* in exchange for a $5 refund**.
The top 3 BEST decorative booth will walk away with gift hampers courtesy of Urban Eventz.
WHAT'S HOT
SHOPPERS! Not only you are able to shop for GREAT DEALS but when the clock struck 6pm, you will also walk away with a TRICK OR TREAT gift!
*Please nicely wrap up your assortment candies / chocolates of your choice with transparent wrapper.
**You will have your $5 refund only on event day.
For rental of stall, I will need the following informations:

• Email Address:
• A design of discount coupon by your blog shop for us to compile it into a discount booklet to distribute to the patrons on the day of event. This is a privilege for Blog Shops only.
• What are you selling:
• What other supporting equipments will you be bringing, for example, hanging racks?
• Will you be taking up the $15 Advertising Promotion with StyleSG Blog Shop E-Magazine?(This only applies for Blog Shops):

We only accept bank transfer. No cash or cheque will be accepted. If you are transiting over by ATM, do email a copy of the receipt to us.
After you have done your transfer, please drop me an email with your account number so that I can verify. It will be good if you have a print out copy of the receipt for reference so that we can prevent unnecessary confusion at the end of the day. ïŠ
We managed to SELL OUT Fashionista Series 1, 2 and 3 within 2 weeks from the day of its launch so be on your way with payment because we are left with only 30% of our booths. We won’t want you to miss this.

Is venue bright enough for people to shop and see our items on sale?
On a safe note, it will be best recommended to bring portable battery operated lamps especially if you are selling accessories or items which required bright lightings.
Will there be wall sockets for us to use?
Unless you are situated at Area F if not, there won’t be any wall sockets available.
When will I know my booth allocation?
You will receive your notice about a week before the day of actual event.
Do I have to pay for the choice of booth I want?
Yes, there will be a $5 admin charge in order for you to choose your preferred booth. This will only apply when the reservation is opened at a certain period of time. We will not take in reservations after that.
Are the tenants leaving by the front / back door at the end of the flea market when they are done?
Not applicable
Is the location going to be indoor or outdoor?
Indoor
