hi there i have already claimed my shop but why is my rank still a spree hopper?
should'nt it be shop owner??

we're glad that you made this enquiry to clarify your doubts.

firstly, the ranking and user status are two different thing.

upon claiming your shop, or submitting your own shop, you will automatically become a
shop owner. being a shop owner, you will see several noticeable changes, such as new items
in the menu for control over your own shops, for posting in your shop bulletins and so on.
so that's the status.

for ranking, it determines your activity level on Spree2Shop. writing reviews for other shops,
posting in forums, suggesting new shops all contribute to your rank. see the points below the rank?
The greater amount of points you have, the crazier your rank would go. You can check out mine
too. samyong. Mine is "Spoilt Shopper", and as i progress my rank gets even more crazy
over shopping.

hmmm...but i can't post a new thread under the shop/ spree updates page ?when i try to install the INKD widget the page cant load i have the same problem when it comes to editing my shop too

I just noticed that your shop http://spree2shop.com/shops/shop-0628-instocks-1798 was not approved yet. I have just approved it moments before I post this post.

Please note that it takes time for us to approve suggestions made to our portal. Because we need to ensure relevant shops were suggested and that cannot be done by a machine. You should have received an email informing you that your shop was suggested and would take time for us to approve it into our system.

Now that it has been approved. You are now a shop owner and should be able to edit the shop info, post images, use the INKD widget on your blogshop.

The issue about your inability to post a thread under shop / spree updates page may have to do with rule 10 of the rules for posting in shop / spree updates. The rules can be found here in http://spree2shop.com/forum/forum32-spreesshops-updates/thread25-spreesshops-updates--forum-rules.aspx
